Thank you for supporting ZubitsKids. We strive to provide high-quality educational resources, printable materials, digital downloads, and other products designed to support parents, caregivers, educators, and children.

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

By purchasing any product, service, resource, or downloadable material from ZubitsKids, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Digital Products

Most products offered through ZubitsKids are digital products that are delivered electronically.

Examples may include:

Printable worksheets

Checklists

Trackers

Educational guides

Workbooks

Templates

Planners

Activity packs

Parent resources

Teacher communication tools

Executive functioning resources

ADHD support materials

Dyscalculia resources

Other downloadable content

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

Once a digital file has been downloaded, accessed, delivered, emailed, or made available for download, it cannot be returned.

For this reason, ZubitsKids does not generally offer refunds on digital products.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

You accidentally made duplicate purchases.

You were charged but never received access to the purchased product.

The downloaded file is substantially defective and cannot reasonably be used.

A technical issue prevents delivery of the product and the issue cannot be resolved.

Refund requests are reviewed individually and granted at the sole discretion of ZubitsKids.

Incorrect Purchases

Please carefully review product descriptions before completing your purchase.

Refunds will generally not be granted because:

You changed your mind.

You no longer need the product.

You purchased the wrong product.

You misunderstood the product description.

You expected a different format.

You did not use the product.

You found an alternative resource elsewhere.

Because digital products become immediately accessible, these situations generally do not qualify for refunds.

Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading a purchased resource, please contact us before requesting a refund.

We will make reasonable efforts to:

Resend files.

Provide alternative download access.

Resolve technical delivery issues.

Assist with file access problems.

Many technical issues can be resolved without the need for a refund.

Support Contributions

Voluntary support contributions made to ZubitsKids are generally non-refundable.

Support contributions are voluntary payments intended to support the ongoing operation and growth of the website.

Refund requests for contributions may be considered if:

A duplicate charge occurred.

The contribution was unauthorized.

A payment processing error occurred.

Requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the transaction date.

Physical Products

If ZubitsKids offers physical products in the future, additional refund and return policies may apply and will be posted separately.

Physical product policies may vary depending on the supplier, manufacturer, print-on-demand provider, fulfillment partner, or shipping service.

Affiliate Products

Products purchased through affiliate links are subject to the policies of the third-party retailer.

ZubitsKids does not process refunds for products purchased from external companies.

Please contact the retailer directly regarding returns, exchanges, warranties, or refunds.

Subscription Services

If ZubitsKids introduces memberships, subscription services, premium content access, or recurring billing programs in the future, separate subscription terms may apply.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation of future billing does not automatically entitle a user to a refund for prior payments.

Chargebacks

If you believe a transaction was made in error, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.

We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns whenever possible.

Initiating a chargeback after receiving and accessing digital products may result in suspension of access to purchased materials and future purchases.

Limitation of Refunds
